There are pieces of hardware that can be obtained for blocking mobile devices. Luckily these are banned in many countries except for military and police usage. We will not say in too much detail how this works, but if the device thinks that one of these are nearby then it will attempt to send out an event to the server before it is jammed. We recommend using email, push and SMS notifications for this event as it would most likely mean there is an unscrupulous character nearby.
