IMPORTANT:
You have 90 days (~3 months) to re-subscribe to a cancelled subscription. After 90 days the SIM card set for deactivation and to reactivate the SIM will require a forced reactivation or potentially a new SIM card. Forced reactivation or a new SIM card will require a prepayment of 12 USD (or 100 SEK/100 NOK/10 EUR/10 GBP depending on your subscription currency*).

To cancel your subscription, open the app and then go to:
Menu -> Possio Trackers -> Pick your tracker -> Change subscription -> Cancel subscription
*Note that for customers outside of the US, UK, Sweden and Norway, prices may vary slightly depending on local tax rates.
